How do I apply for the program and submit my materials?
When you've completed the requirements and are ready to apply for benefits and submit your materials, click the “Apply for Benefits” button at the top right of the page.
If you've already created an application but haven't yet submitted it, you can log into your application via the “Continue Application” button at the top right of the page.

How do I know what services I am providing?
If you are unsure of what services you're providing, contact your employer/provider agency.
How do I obtain proof of trainings?
To get a copy of your transcript for the online Course A and Category C courses through DirectCourse:
- Log into your DirectCourse account.
- Select the “Home” tab. Then scroll down to where it says, “Click to View” section and select “Transcript”.
- Take a screen shot or save the document as a PDF.

To get your certificate for the Category B training(s) you took, reach out to the instructor or institution that provided the training.
If you took a training through the American Red Cross, you can find a copy of your certificate online at American Red Cross: Find My Certificate.
If you took a training through the American Heart Association, you can find a copy of your certificate online at American Heart Association: Access your AHA eCard(s).
